PROVIDER

The plan provider, also known as the record-keeper, serves as the custodian of assets, offers a variety of investment options, calculates the daily value of investments, and provides web-based access to accounts.

ADVISOR

The advisor provides a better understanding of the industry, the providers, the funds, the fees, and available technology. The advisor offers investment advice and negotiates fees and contracts.

THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR (Sentinel):

The TPA handles plan design illustrations, contribution allocations, annual compliance testing, preparation of Form 5500, and, most importantly, ongoing support.
